The Association Of Zoos & Aquariums (AZA) Is Now Accepting Applications For An Unpaid Marketing/Membership Volunteer Internship.  The Volunteer Intern Will Provide Support To The Marketing And Membership Services Department Team At AZA With Administrative, Programmatic And Organizational Duties.  AZA Offers A Positive Work Environment Conducive To Gaining Beneficial Career And Networking Experience.  The Unpaid Volunteer Internship Is Offered For A 3-month Duration.

 

The Intern Will Be Responsible For Marketing And Membership Related Tasks, Including Analyzing And Profiling Current And Prospective Association Customers, Researching And Compiling Benchmarking Statistics, Assisting In The Creation Of Promotional Media, Organizing Promotional Collateral And Surveys, And Other General Support.

A Current College Student Or Recent Graduate (within The Past Year)

Highly Motivated

Strong Interest In Volunteering To Advance The Missions Of Zoos And Aquariums

Ability To Multi-task

Strong Communications Skills (Both Written And Verbal)

Internet Research Skills

Professional Demeanor

Knowledge Of Microsoft Applications; Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite A Plus
